The WineWorks Equipment TeamAndrew Wooller – Andrew has worked directly with wine makers since 2007 and has an expertise in wine making technique and the required equipment to make the world’s best wines.  From 2007 till 2015 he worked for Scott Laboratories as their service manager where he learned first-hand about all the equipment, service and parts that are required to keep a winery in operation.  From 2015 to 2023, Andrew thrived in the role as the Sales Manager for 3 companies that are active in the manufacturing and sales of new and used winery equipment. In this roll Andrew spends his time advising wineries how to meet their specific goals and helping them procure the equipment needed. Andrew’s experience and knowledge has solidified his reputation amongst the top wineries in California and Washington.

Adam Caterino – Adam is a seasoned Winery Equipment Sales Professional with 18 years of expertise in the wine industry. Adam began his journey at a small, family-owned estate winery in Napa Valley, wearing many hats from sales and marketing to harvest production and bottling. Transitioning from national wine distribution to equipment sales in 2016, he has excelled in catering to a diverse clientele. This includes large-scale production winemaking, high-end winemakers in exclusive settings, and those with limited knowledge in the field. Adam is focused and dedicated to providing new, used, and custom solutions for customers across North America, with a focus on the West Coast.

Mario Moreno – Mario has over 20 years’ experience as a mobile bottling supervisor and master technician in the wine industry. With formal training in both mechanical and electrical engineering, as well as a strong educational and working knowledge of pneumatics and welding, he brings a high level of expertise to the team. He has run mobile bottling trucks for top North Coast mobile bottling companies as well as serving as maintenance supervisor at wineries. Giving back to the community is very important to Mario. He has participated in food drives for the Santa Rosa food bank, Christmas present drives in Solano County, Little League baseball fundraisers, and for the last 10 years has participated in fundraising efforts for youth.

Jeff Allen, CPA – Jeff holds an active California CPA License and has a Master in Business Administration. In his last 3 positions, he has been the CFO of an injection molding company with 200+ employees, controller of a public company in charge of multiple facilities nationwide and was the CFO of 3 companies that are active in the manufacturing and sales of new and used winery equipment. With his recent activity and past background in public accounting specializing in winery accounting, he has a great deal of knowledge of the accounting side of our customer base.
